Chat Bot at Showmax goes in circles - I need help froma warm body

have you tried to get assistamnce from Showmax ? The Chat Bot drives me bonkers - it tells me "You are now chatting with the bot again. How can I assist you? If you need to speak to an agent again, please close this chat by clicking on the "X" button at the top of the screen and start a new chat." I close tha chat and the Chat Bot goes in cirles. My fatehr has benen paying DsTV subscription whicj allows Showmax for years with no access. Between Showmax and Dstv they are unable to assist - there seems to be no warm bodies with required competancy to assist at Showmax
