Charged for no subscription

I found out that from February, DStv has been charging me for showmax subscription. I told them i didnt ask for this and want my refund, they dont want. And also i asked nicely, for them to cancel the subscription so that they dont keep charging me. They say i need to cancel from the website. The showmax website, says i dont have a subscription and i am on a free account so basically i cant cancel a subscription that doesnt exist. Dstv will keep charging me since i cant unsubscribe on showmax. But i dont have any showmax content. I paid and looks like im gonna keep paying for something i am not offered. Dstv is not helping. Showmax??? Do you allow them to charge us but you dont give us the content? I just wanna stop being charged cos i dont watch showmax. I am so frustrated
