Capitec bank users cannot sign up

i wanted to sign up with showmax but are not able to do so as i bank with capitec. Are you guys trying to shoot yourself in the foot!!!? this is 2016 right? i dont want to get a voucher from pick and pay.... i want to sign up but if it is going to be a mission i will give it a skip.
