Cant Cancel

Good day., I canceled my Shomax subscription with Clara on live chat on 27/04/2020 she confirmed that this is done the same day at 12:23pm since then the subscription has been charged to my Telkom bill and I keep getting billed and yet again this morning on the 30/06/2020. I phone like I did the first time telkom spend 30 min on the phone to be told again I must do it with Showmax like I did. Now i'm again on live chat sitting here for over an hour with no response and no number to call and not email to be sent other than a dead live chat. Please contact me on ***or *** as I would like my two months refunded as well as my subscription cancelled as I was told it had been done.
