"Can't Access Showmax" no matter what I try?!

Hello, for the past month and a half I have not had DSTV, I then paid my subscription and so good to be back but for some reason the showmax account linked to DSTV is inactive. The showmax is free on Premium package but why can't I access the content, I spoke to agents via webchat and callcentre and no one seems to help. I was told to go to the showmax website, that doesn't work, I was told to go to DSTV.now/com, that doesn't work, when I enter ID number I get the following error "We are unable to add Showmax to your DStv account at this time. Kindly visit DStv self-service." I see the content on showmax but can't access it - I get a LNK1020 error, can this be resolved as soon as possible.
