Cannot access Showmax

My Showmax service has been disconnected even though, it is paid up. I have been dealing with call centre agents that don't know what to do. I am not sure if they are actually escalating the issue. It's been 2 months now. They WhatsApp and chat functions are not worth using.

I do not understand why one cannot talk to an experienced technician or their manager. I am really disappointed with this level of service.
