Cancelling Showmax subscription is a big struggle!

This business makes it almost impossible to cancel your subscription. There is no way to cancel on their app. One has to log on to the website and select account and then select cancel you plan. Even when following all the steps, one cannot successfully cancel . Each time I tried to cancel I got an error message saying ‘Something went wrong’. I tried searching for contact details to log an enquiry but their website just sends one in circles with no contact details and no way to escalate topics. I tried to use their live chat but that also doesn’t work. It’s just hangs.

My experience with their competitors is the complete opposite, their competitors’ apps are extremely user friendly and it is just as easy to cancel as it is to sign up.
