Buffering shows on Showmax - Useless streaming service

The shows keeps on buffering and the issue IS NOT network related, there's absolutely nothing wrong with my network. Netflix works perfectly fine, Showmax should get their streaming services sorted out, surely one should be getting what one PAID for right!? Fix the issue!!
