Bought a showmax voucher , does not work ,

I bought a Showmax voucher at a store . I brought the voucher home and tried to enter it into my profile. It gave me an error saying that the voucher code was not found. I spoke to Showmax support on their chatline , I was told that the voucher had to be activated in store. I then went back to the store. They phoned Showmax and Showmax told them that I should sms my Voucher to an sms number and I will get prompts to explain what to do. I did that , still nothing. We phoned Showmax again , we wre then told that the lady who should be able to help us went home. ( WOW , there must be only one person ) . I then went home. I spoke to the same person (KG) on the chat line. He then said he will escalate it. I asked whether they will call me back. His answer was that they do not have telephones to call me with... (???) . They will however send me an email , I was told. Here I am sitting now , cannot watch anything. Pathetic service. I cannot believe it and I will never use their services again.
