Big ******** showmax

3 months ago I subscribe with showmax and they have been double debiting my bank account, today checked my statement only to find that they have been taking twice the subscription, I filled a complaint with the lady by name of Danisile, she said I have been double charged because I linked two emails, which doesn't make any sense to me, how do you link emails so that you can pay twice, and I asked for refund from one of the, she told me that won't happen because it was my fault . Showmax is a ****, be careful guys they take your money and then blame you for what they are doing. I am so disappointed and disgusted by it.
