Showmax will debit you even if you cancel the service before the trial ends and remove your card details from the profle. Then they refuse to give a refund saying that you need to give them proof in the form of a cancellation email even though they never sent a single email, not even a subscription email. The profile shows that the subscription is not active and the transaction does not reflect on the billing history of the profile. To add insult to injury they dont even give you access after *****ing your money. They also dont give you telephonic contact details and only respond via email. Stay away from these con-artists. This is the poor service that you receive from South African companies. I have been happily streaming Netflix for years, more variety, better service and they are not *********.
