Baited into signing up for trial, no refund

<p>In January, I signed up for a free trial, baited into using any payment method. I used Vodacom and was immediately debted, in contravention of the bait email. Since then I have been fighting for my refund. I have it in writing that they will refund me, but actually getting the refund is the ridiculous part. Many emails, many promises, nothing. Time to go the consumer commission and report Showmax to the ombudsman.</p>
