Bad Services

I have linked my account with DSTV before my trail even ended but was debit the R99 from my bank account today and no one able to assist me they claim it was linked when I could see on my dstv no app that it was...They giving me all sorts of stories now just not to do a refund.Your customer service is very bad. I dealt with 3 consultants already: Sisipho,Mbali and Anelisa
