Bad Service

I have paid for my subscription on the 26th of March together with my DStv Access since they are linked but I've been unsubscribed from ShowMax since the 28th of March and my Dstv Access account is active.

Every time I reach out to the ShowMax Contact Centre via their live chat on the website they keep saying there is no feedback and we are already half way into the month.

I can't be paying for something I can't even utilize.
