Bad customer service Showmax

No customer service, numerous emails to them, tried calling number doesn't exists, without Showmax for a week now. Get a email to rate there service From DSTV, tried phoning them I enter my ID number says it doesn't exists then cuts me off. I have proof of all emails and calls made
