Bad customer service , not helpful

I have waited 2 weeeks for a reply on sorting out a technical difficulty on my account with Showmax. I have waited online for 2 HOURS to speak to their online consultants and NOTHING. This happened 3 times. When i email them about my subscription and to reverse my money, they never answer me. WORST ONLINE STREAMING BUSINESS IN THE WORLD.
