BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have cancelled my Showmax account and you guys keep on debiting me. I have called Dstv and they said they won't be able to help me. What should i do now because i am not watching at all and don't have access. I have cancelled it in December and now is February and still trying to debit my account.
