BAD BAD customer service!

For months I have being trying to connect to showmax with no luck. I chat with their agents (when you can get through to one) and after an hour or so doing all the tricks they tell me to do, battling and getting nowhere fast they just end the chat and I'm still stuck with no showmax other than " you must subscribe" although I'm a premium viewer customer. I think showmax sucks!
