Bad admin and query resolution

Showmax debited me twice and they had the audacity to block/cancel my subscription now they are taking me from pilar to post requesting my bank statement, I did forward they my statement and still they are telling me stories. I want my refund urgently and if they can't put back my subscription, they need to refund both debits. Today
