Awful horrible customer service ignoring help

I want a refund immediately. You guys haven't helped me I've tried to reach you through multiple channels I can't log into showmax to cancel and I can't use your stupid app now I'm billed for something I can't use and you guys refuse to help me you guys are disgusting and disappointing
