Awful customer service! No response!!

Terrible customer service! I signed up on the basis that a TV show I wanted to watch was available on their site until May 2018, after signing up and paying the first month I realised that the show wasn't available. I emailed customer services and they reconfirmed it was on there so I sent screen shots through of my search when looking for this programme. Nothing came up and since sending them through I've had no response from the team. I've asked numerous times to cancel my subscription and for a refund on 3 months of payments but I've has zero response. Terrible service and I would not recommend using them! Stick to Netflix!
