Avoid Showmax at all costs!

Useless trash company. Trying to update my account details with my new credit card, and continuously just getting the same ‘sorry, please try again’ message.

Then tried to cancel my membership - also impossible. On their OWN WEBSITE they give the instructions to cancel - go to Manage Plans, select Cancel Membership, only there’s NO SUCH OPTION AVAILABLE!

Then looked for ways to contact them and what a fkn surprise - no contact number or email address you can use to get into contact with them. What a joke - piece of trash company.
