Auto renewed my subscription after I cancelled it

<p>I cancelled my subscription with Showmax in December. I then received an email advising the last day of use will be 19th January 2017. NO autorenewal will be take place. Tonight i received 2 emails from showmax... the first that my subsciption has been renewed and 20 minutes later that my subscrition is cancelled but now my last date is February. Another month they will debit my account.</p> <p>So they basically lie in their emails.....</p>
