At my wits end with Showmax

What am experiencing with showmax is not pleasant at all. Firstly they did not debit my Acc in January and they cancelled my subscription, now they have debited the my account but still no subscription. I can't log on my login credentials are not recognized. I have written countless emails to them but to date no assistance.
