AT LAST MY SHOWMAX IS WORKING BUT NOT THANKS TO MULTICHOICE/SHOWMAX

Without any assistance from Showmax, so called Customer Care, my brilliant son managed to resolve the problem through all sorts of technical back doors, which I no nothing about far too technical I am old and not a technocrat but this was with no assistance from anyone at Multichoice except stupid questions, suggestions of sending out technical teams - who never arrived when I told them where I lived at at least ten promises of a senior person would return a call within an hour - 60 hours later not a word. Please to be able to use my Showmax but please do not rely of their Customer Care to assist with a problem
