APPALLING SERVICE

I Andrew Lungile Mbekwa, am not happy with this service since inception, We have no contract or debit order agreements yet you keep debiting my account for two amounts of R78.98 and R69.00(Premuim League Mobile) which I don't have access to - my aim was to watch local football which is PSL and all the African football including Mzansi Magic channels which are outdated and irrelevant to my expectations, which is why I Cancelled with Multichoice in the first place.

Kindly refrain from accessing my account and return my money or I am going to escalate this to the Ombudsman and take legal action if this is not resolved within 48 Hours, or contact me back on *** / *** / ***.
