ANDROID SIGN ON WEBSITE_ DOESNT WORK ON ANDROID

Hi, bought 6 month voucher through ebucks, but before that I checked your site - saw android sign, downloaded the app on my android mygica media player (which worked). Then It doesn't want to stream and I get told no support for it! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY! REFUND ME MY EBUCKS!<br> <br> PS Netflix works fine
