An Extremely Disappointing Experience

This has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I signed up today and had no issue with creating a password and verifying my email, of course the fee was also collected without issue. However, I have not been able to sign in on any of my devices which are all supposed to be compatible.

It took 50 minutes to get assistance via the live chat which took another 40 minutes with no resolution. I have changed my password 4 times, twice before asking for assistance and then twice more as per the live chat instruction.

No time line for resolution has been provided. I was told to try again later and that the issue would be escalated.

I have signed up and paid for a service I'm not being provided on top of wasting about 2 hours of my day. Honestly, I think 1 star is too generous.
