Absolutely shocking Showmax!

I have been billed R99 since March 2023. I do not have an account with Showmax. They have linked my bank account to my parents DSTV account (which is Free with the service) But billing me. It shows this on their DSTV account. They have refunded me 2 x R99 as "good faith" How is this even legal!
