Absolutely disappointed

How absolutely dissapointing. Just registered for my 14 day trail. And have a voucher for 3 months. Currently have netflix and decided to give showmax a try. Only to know that the app is only supported by certain brands of smart tvs. The live chat agent was so short and gave no options to enjoy the service. Only answer was no and nope. Surely the software team could upgrade the app to accomodate more brands of tvs? Nthombifuthi made no effort at all to assist. At this rate you will loose more clients that what you will gain. Not everyone can afford the latest models of samsung tvs.
