BAD SERVICE

A shower door was installed about 10/11 years ago...5 years ago the glass door was sliding out, I called them up & came to fix it but did not secure it with an extra bracket & now the glass door is doing the same thing & the want to charge for a new glass...there is absolutely nothing wrong with the glass door all that needs to be done is an extra bracket needs to be added to the wall & glass door... I have trying to sort this out since 6 December & the person I've been dealing with is absolutely pathetic, he certainly has no idea what he is talking about but they obviously want to make money out of this job by saying that they need to get a glass door... I will never recommend them & if someone does get a seamless shower door from them ensure there are enough brackets when it is installed.
