Bad service and poor quality

I ordered online a dress from showdress and made sure what the colour is by emailing them to find out about the colour of the dress. When the dress arrived it was nothing like on the website. It was very poor quality fabric with kitch trims and untidy sewing. Their service delivery is also extremely unprofessional. Not answering my questions and replying that I need to forget about the wrongs of the dress and accept it like that?! I want a refund for the dress at least
