Instead of a professional response, Greg became aggressive and high-pressure, demanding urgent proof of funds. When I hesitated—having happily shared this information with reputable agents only when actually submitting an offer—he accused me of being *****ulent. I have never experienced such shocking unprofessionalism.

Worse still, the interaction escalated after the call. Greg proceeded to text me, accusing me of harassment and threatening to take my ID number and release my private information to the public.

Making threats to dox clients is completely unacceptable. If an agent is willing to weaponize a basic ID number like this, handing over sensitive banking information is entirely out of the question. Because of his volatile conduct, we are walking away as legitimate buyers without even getting to view the property, which is a massive disservice to the seller.

Future clients and sellers should exercise extreme caution. A quick look at his website reviews raises serious red flags as well—one prominent quote attributed to Showday Properties is actually lifted directly from an architecture platform (Etudes) and credited to a **** name. The suspicious pattern across his 5-star reviews suggests they are manufactured. Do yourself a favor and work with an agency you can actually trust.
