No refund policy on promotional items

There are no refund policy on promotional items, the sales person doesn't tell you. Person I spoke on the phone said there is a sign in the shop that states it, and on your receipt WHICH YOU ONLY GET AFTER YOU HAVE PAID. The sign in the shop is on an A4 with size 8 font approx. Impossible to read thats if you see it. I had to accept an exchange, at which time I asked where the sign was, i couldn't find even though I was looking for it. There is no chance of a refund
