Inferior Quality Suitcase

I purchased a suitcase from this store in Northcliff corner. The wheels broke on the second day I was abroad, had to carry the bag around instead of pulling it. Went to the store on my return and the owner refuses to exchange the bag or refund me, apparently 'fit for purpose' has no meaning to this retailer
