Very late! I want a refund!

<p>Put my car on a train with Shosholoza Meyl yesterday, 9 June 2016, and after 2 hours of filling out forms and waiting for them to arrive at the baggage counter, we were finished. I then received a phone call today, 10th of June letting me know that our car is going to be 4 hours late!! I have to wait at Johannesburg station for 4 hours with 6 other bags after Shosholoza Mely specified many times that WE cannot be late. </p>
