VERY BAD SERVICE

So I paid R3575.00 to this company yesterday, in order to make booking for my vehicle to be transported with the train from jhb to cape town.

still no reservations has been made, the communication is very bad coming from the agents handling the bookings and reservations. to top it off, the numbers provided for direct contacting just ring or it's off. I'd advise everyone who in near future possibly decides to use this company to be extra careful.

this is my first time using them and I'm already skeptical, and having doubts due to the bad Service I've been receiving from the Agents Namely Lauren De Vos
