Train delays to Cpt 7 hours and no facility works

My Husband and I and our Son went to Cpt using train for it was move convenient for us especially with a 2 year old......our train was 2 hours late at krugersdorp station.No facilities(toilet and shower)had been working when we got on and duration of the trip which was also 7 hours delayed.The availability of certain foods were also to a minimum or no availability at all......because the toilets werent functioning it was a disgusting sight when going in a toilet booth.When we came back to jhb from cpt the service was better but the train was delayed again by 5 hours its an inconvenience when u got a two year old and people that are waiting for you at your arriving point.
