Shosholoza meyl faulty booking system

I want to complain about the booking planner of the shosholoza meyl.

The system is faulty. Bookings and seating are done online and when you arrive at the station a completely new seating list is given to you which divides you into compartments with strangers.

So the booking and arrangements you do online doesn't matter because they try to fit as many people as possible on the train - and that means even if they have to seperate a family of 3. Putting a young woman with a total stranger.

The system needs to stop trying to make money and start trying to please the people!

Does the system know that you're making it impossible for the train manager if you change seat bookings as you please??
