I will say the following: Good-is the trains them self/security levels and the journeys. Bad-is the attitude of the staff on the train that is on-board from Johannesburg as they have no intend to go the extra mile or have a friendly attitude. Trains always late between 3-12 hours---normally have to take the bus that was arranged by Prasa around the halfway mark of the trip, as the trains are more than 6+ hours late. Food is raw or poor prepared and not even a 2 (Two) star rating worth---and if you complain about it to the management, they have a bad attitude then. No one come to collect garbage bags from compartment. No proper invoice system when purchasing anything.
