Shosholoza disgrace !!

I have friends from The UK who traveled to Cape Town yesterday on the Shosholoza Meyl Railways train. They should have arrived in Cape Town at 12-30 and have been told they will be SEVEN hours late !!! The manager informed them that previous trains had been up to ELEVEN hours late. What a disgrace and shocking example of South African service.
