Shosaloza Meyl non refund

Having once had a delightful trip from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Shosaloza Meyl, I decided to book another trip. A week before due travel date, I emailed to confirm meal preferences, only to receive a reply saying all future trips cancelled and asking me to send details for refund. That was in February 2020. Despite numerous requests, I have still not received my refund of more than R5000. I am a pensioner!
