Shocking Service! Missing parts!!

Please can skmeone from Leroy Merlin return my call or at the very least deliver my order IN FULL! Delivery of a vacuum cleaner with parts missing, in an open box which doesnt even match the contents! Deliver the items which showed 'in stock' on your website when I placed the order and deliver the items which were not in the OPEN boxes but on the delivery note. Stop promising to phone me to resolve the mattet and then not phone me.
