Premier Classe terrible

As a last treat to our holiday we booked to return to Johannesburg with the premier Classe. This was the most terrible experience. You advertise that we will travel in an air-conditioned train but on our trip the heat was unbearable. As we experience higher temperatures than usual for some time I would expect that there will be some solutions in place to look after your passengers. For the price we pay there must be a solution because your air-conditioners did not work at all. Even all the furniture for scorching hot inside. The isolation on the train are non existing.
