Poor service by shosholoza meyl.

I received poor service from shozholoza meyl, after booking tickets to travel from Port Elizabeth to vereeniging. We got a call from shozholoza to say that there are no trains from PE to vereeniging but they never said anything when we purchased the tickets and I was told that I'd be refanded after 48hours. This took place during my vacation wich I then had to cut short because I had to find an alternative way to get back home. This did not only inconvenience my vacation but it also inconvenienced my finances as I had to find other means of transportation in a short period of time. I am livid and disappointed at the poor service I received from shozholoza meyl. I hope to raise awareness so that others don't find themselves in a similar situation as I was in.
