Poor service by shosholoza meyl

Following my complaint about shosholoza meyl who failed to refund me on time to travel from Port Elizabeth to vereeniging, I was contacted by a shosholoza meyl worker by the name Caper Beukes who was rude and unprofessional and told me that he was too busy to resolve my query in time. I will never recommend any one to use shoshoza services.
