NO REFUND FROM SHOSHOLOSA MEYL

we Booked and paid for a return trip to Worcester in February just before the train was stopped. To date we have not had our refunds paid back. they expect us to accept the refunds minus the "booking" fee, plus now we have been losing interest for 6+ months. Nobody answers any phones or e-mails, i am sure that there are a lot of people in the same situation. - I know for a fact that my niece is in the same position, as we were to have traveled together.
