Luggage lost, left with the clothes on my body!

On Tues(26 Sep 2017), I sent all my clothes to Bloemfontein from Johannesburg using the train that was enroute to PE while I took a bus. They were expected to arrive on Wednesday night. Got to the station, the train was late(it was expected around 8:30 pm but only got there around 11 pm) and when it finally arrived: the staff was so arrogant, no one was willing to help me and refused to open the luggage van saying that there's no luggage for Bloemfontein. I tried to explain to them that i had booked my luggage for this train and the joburg people have confirmed that my luggage is in transit with them. I was then told to wait for the next train to EL which I was told would only arrive around 3am. I came back again, still could not find my luggage. The next morning I called the Jo'burg people, they again assured me that my luggage had indeed left with the PE train(the one I was denied access to). I came again in the evening, still in vain. During this time I've tried to get help from the Bloemfontein station, asking them to please contact the train manager but in vain. The Johannesburg manager wasn't in for the weekend(family funeral) so I was basically left destitute. Monday morning I finally got in contact with the Jo'burg office, spoke to Moses who promised to get back to me and never did. Yesterday afternoon I called him again and he broke the news that it's alleged that my luggage was ****** because of some negligence, the luggage van wasn't locked and my stuff along with some other "coloured people's luggage" got ******. He then told me that he's driving he'd get back to me today. Did he get back to me? NO! I called numerous times, he's ignoring my calls. At 2:33 pm today I used my mother's phone to call, he picked up and I feel no remorse whatsoever from the shosholoza meyl team, instead he gave me another manager's landline for me to contact and recite my story. Will that bring my luggage back?NO! I'm absolutely disgusted with the service I received, my whole wardrobe is gone yet no one seems to care to even give me a way forward or even a mere apology instead I'm the one running after them. I am going to put through a claim, which might take forever to process. What I'll be wearing between now and then I do not know, I am an unemployed lady who's currently struggling to make ends meet. Being clothing less is the last thing I need. I was a temp worker for their Johannesburg branch (17 Oct 2016-17Jan 2017), I didn't expect this kind of service from them since we were always told to uphold the standards and ensure the safety of our customers, little did I know that I will be in the receiving end of their most horrible, painful and heartbreaking service.
