INCORRECT BILLING AND INFORMATION ON TICKETS

I bought tickets at the Cape Town station ticket office on 10 March 2015, I bought four tickets for myself, my girlfriend and two kids. The incorrect surname was used on my daughter's ticket and incorrect spelling on my girlfriend's ticket. After I bought the tickets I read the terms and conditions and on there it states \ Children of 4 years and younger
