Bad experience on Prasa train

On the 20 of December we were in a train from Joburg to Alicedale, and the train was going depart from JB at 13:15. The trading was earl and we were in the train by 12:00. We waited for a long time before the train leave and no was addressing the people on what was the problem. After a while one of the passengers went to enquire and she was told that they busy fixing the head. The train left park station at 15:30. And none of Prasa employees came to people and apologize for the bad service. We were supossed to get of at 7:30 as per the tickect at Alicedale and the train was there by 2:15. With no explanation whatsoever to us we had no food as the kids finished the food as we were taking so long to get off. The water was finished even on the train taps. Prasa does not care about the people and the only thing they care about is making money out of the people. My 2yrs child was crying as he couldn't sleep as it was too hot.
